Otomasyon (BKK01) Edge Control system is designed for very sensitive edge
tracking and color tracking with a microprocessor. It corrects errors in the
reel during unwrapping and wrapping of rolled reel.
This operation can be done by
passing bobbin from wrapper or unwrapper part of the machine. Where this is not
possible as the mechanical equipment direction of the material is changed
towards pace with the system as we called piston engine through two floating
roll.
 Consequently
it eliminates drifting material caused by machine or being damaged of the bobbin
to provide quality wrapping. Adapting to the system and using it is very simple.
Make things easier and saves time for the machine operator. Upon request, step
motor, servo motor, DC motor, AC motor, or hydraulic-pneumatic system can be
adapted.
Color sensors , Fork Type
Sensors and Ultrasonic Sensors can be used. |
