Otomasyon Brace Control System (BKK01) is designed for very sensitive
wrapper/resolver applications. It controls the mechanical strech by means of the
microprocessor control at everytime interval of a material which is wrapped in a
roll or reel.
Unwrapper, wrapper and drawer
commanded by information on loadcell when the desirable tension adjusted to the
system.
It is made precision brace control by means of PID operation, so it prevent
problems in the material like elongation, relaxation and misprints in printing
machines. In doing this, it ensures the quality of the work done in the machine
to increase and also reducing loss incidences. Ease of use is in the foreground.
Make things easier and saves time for the machine operator.
It is possible to control Unwrapper engine, drawer engine, wrapper engine,
brakes and proportional valve. Either works with Loadcell or the Dancer
Potentiometer.
